The Look of the Jaguar

"The look of the Jaguar, is how we want our house in the middle of the coastal mountains of Costa Rica to be called," said our clients, consisting of a partnership & friendship of two couples.
After walking through and flying over the property with our Drone, we discovered that the beautiful topography of the property did not fit with the design proposal that the clients had brought by another architect, so we had to redesign the house completely. The needs of two couples automatically drew us two master bedrooms on the floor plan, one would be on the second level and the other on the main level, where we would also accommodate a guest bedroom with a bathroom and private closet.
The privileged ocean view demanded facing the windows of the social area and directing the terraces and sliding doors towards it so as not to miss the spectacle of every sunset from any of the rooms in the house or from the beautiful pool, equipped with a cocktail area and with dimensions suitable for swimming as an activity not only recreational but also sporting.
The final result was a tailor-made house adjusted to the needs of its users, with amenities that allow living and enjoying the stunning beauty of the exterior as from the top of the hill would do "the look of the jaguar".
