- Two years for finishing elements
- Seven years for structural and electromechanical elements
If you wish to extend these coverage times, we offer annual warranty extensions that our clients can acquire for a price that is consistent and proportional to the size of the project.
Alternatively, or in conjunction with warranty extensions, our clients also have the option to contract our BossaBuild maintenance service, which will provide their investment with the maximum protection available in the market, allowing them to anticipate the deterioration caused by time and use, thus preventing it from becoming a need for costly repairs.
